Folders

FoldersClosedElectronic bins used to store files with similar attributes. Folders are created and populated from the management form. are used to link files that share similar traits. For example, files created for the same patient may be grouped into a single folder.

The Folder Management page allows you to create new folders, view existing folder properties and grant access rights, and archive or delete folders that are no longer required. It can be accessed through the Folder Management icon on the toolbar.

To navigate the Folder Management page, review the following elements:

  1. Folder Action Toolbar – Check the box next to a folder to activate the toolbar above the folder result list. From this toolbar, folders can be created, archived/unarchived, deleted, or their properties edited.
  2. List of folders - this grid displays all folders. To view files in any folder, click the [+] icon. A secondary grid is displayed listing all files within the folder.
  3. Filter – Choose an option to filter list of folders.
  4. Folder Count – The number of folders displayed out of the total returned.
  5. File Action Toolbar – Check the box next to a file to activate the toolbar above the file result list (File Actions Toolbar). For RL6:Infection , the "Change State" action is not available.
